I see a listing on Ebay or Amazon or another website, should I buy that system? Do you have a reseller policy?

AUTHORIZED RESELLER POLICY

A note about Amazon.com: While Amazon is an authorized online dealer of Enclave Audio products, many resellers who sell through Amazon and it's associated websites (i.e Woot!) are not. When purchasing, it is important to note where the product is being “shipped from and sold by,” which is stated clearly in the header for each product on Amazon.com. Please contact us directly before you purchase if you are uncertain.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Enclave Audio resellers and are not, or,  are reselling Enclave product listed as new and they are not authorized sellers of Enclave Audio products.

You are only eligible to enjoy the full benefits of Enclave Audio products if you purchase them from Enclave Audio or an authorized Enclave Audio reseller. The standard Enclave warranty applies to Enclave products that you purchase from authorized Enclave resellers and you are also entitled to receive support from our trained experts when purchasing from an authorized reseller.

There are significant risks associated with purchasing Enclave products from an unauthorized reseller. If you purchase Enclave products from an unauthorized source, the product may be previously used, counterfeit, defective,or stolen. Additionally, the Enclave warranty does not cover Enclave products purchased from an unauthorized reseller and Enclave support will not provide technical support, updates, or assistance of any kind with the product.

  The following are unauthorized sellers of Enclave Audio products online and purchasing from any of the below will not be eligible for warranty or support:

• Any seller listing Enclave CineHome HD as NEW over $799.99 on any marketplace

There are also numerous unauthorized sellers on E-bay listing Enclave Audio products for exorbinant prices. Our standard retail price is 999.00, with programs and discount sales frequently occuring with our authorized dealer partners.

Enclave Audio does NOT refurbish or re-sell any previously used Enclave systems and there are no third parties authorized by Enclave to refurbish any Enclave products. There is no such thing as a "FACTORY REFURBISHED Enclave Audio System." Any Enclave product listed as "refurbished" is "seller refurbished" or more accurately and simply defined as "USED" and caution should be taken when considering such purchases as it is not eligible for any factory warranty, technical support, or firmware updates as we cannot assure the quality, performance, or safety of the system after the box has been opened. The below are unauthorized sellers/companies listing/selling "USED" Enclave Audio products as "refurbished" :

Do not let Amazon or Ebay seller ratings fool you. These resellers are not authorized to be reselling Enclave product and more importantly the Enclave product they are selling is materially different than what an Authorized Enclave Audio dealer partner is selling to you.

Any Enclave Audio product purchased from any of the above or any other unauthorized resellers will not be eligible to enjoy the standard warranty, technical support, updates, or service from Enclave Audio.
