The Enclave Audio return policy is as follows:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Enclave Audio system purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply return the system within 30 days from date of purchase with no questions asked. It is important to note that unless the system is being returned due to a factory defect and the RMA process has been completed, both outgoing (initial order) and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The system must be returned in all original packaging, in the same condition as purchased new, and fully functional as shipped. There is no restock fee.

NOTE: If you purchased the system from one of our retail partners, you MUST return the system through that retail partner. It is important to note that the retail partner return policy may differ from the return policy offered by Enclave for systems purchased directly through this website.
